The main advantage of this shift is that, a lot of choices are now available for both kids and adults in the gaming industry. You can play any sport and game sitting in the comfort of your playroom. But the story doesn’t end here. As the technology evolves the companies in the gaming industry is also adopting the new technologies to stand high from their competitors. Gaming consoles like Xbox One is now in the market with outstanding specifications to give their users exciting and thrilling game experience. But the people who use their PC as their gaming console claimed that in terms of speed and graphics PC is not less than any gaming consoles. Here we are providing a brief comparison of the specifications of Xbox One and a real gaming PC to get an insight of the hardware and software on these devices.

Power of CPU The Xbox One is equipped with an amazing Eight-core processor based on AMD architecture. With the clock speed of 1.75 GHz Xbox one increased its performance. Two cores of this gaming console, are dedicated to the operating system while the other six are reserved for only the game. On the other hand, the PC machine which can beat the Xbox One, in terms of its performance is equipped with A6-6400K 3.90 GHz CPU which is also based on AMD architecture. Regardless of the cores present in the system, it gives an extremely high performance as compared to the Xbox One.

Graphics Capabilities of GPU The Xbox One has a GPU with 768 cores runs at 853 MHz, which enhanced its performance and take the graphics capabilities of this gaming console to the next level. But a PC machine which runs on R9 270 GPU and 2GB GDDR5 VRAM can leave the Xbox in the dust in terms of its performance and high definition Graphics result. R9 270 GPU is 150 % faster in terms of memory bandwidth and 100 % in terms of pixel rate.

Speed of RAM The Xbox One gives you 8GB of DDR3 memory and 32MB of high-bandwidth ESRAM but the operating system on this gaming console use the 3GB of RAM and 5GB of usable RAM is available for the game. A gaming PC comes with 8GB of DDR3 Ram but its additional quality is that it is a dual-channel 1600 MHz memory. The operating system of this gaming PC uses 1GB of RAM, so that more memory should be available for a game for a higher speed.

Comparison of Price The Xbox One console can cost you $499 but when you compare the price with the latest PC machine for gaming purpose you will find that the price is also $499. There is no such difference in the price of these devices. The comparison shows that there is no difference in the price of both the machines, but PC has some edge over the Xbox and gives you a better gaming experience.
